Warm Salad of Grilled Chicken Thighs, Figs and Shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano

    Last summer I had a lot of figs and was searching for ways to prepare them and came across this recipe on line. I must have made it four times. It is just amazing, and I've been waiting for fig season this year to do it again. Love it.
