Warm Potato and Steak Salad

I liked this recipe, but it didn't 'wow' me. Granted, I didn't use tenderloin because there's no way I would spend that much money on a weeknight recipe or just to slice up in a salad! That said, the steak and potatoes make a nice salad, and the dressing is very tasty. It felt a little disjointed from the greens, like it was a warm potato salad just stuck on lettuce - but, that said, it's not a bad way to eat your vegetables. :) Overall, I'd say this was yummy, but probably not something I would make again.

This was excellent especially if you are a steak salad fan, as I am. I used a 1 lb bag of fingerling microwaveable potatoes and cooked them 6 minutes in microwave instead of as in the recipe. Used a piece of steak I had in the freezer, probably a sirloin or something. Followed recipe closely. Very nice dressing--perfect with the potatoes, steak and arugula. Definitely a keeper for me.

Easy, tasty--just the thing for a quick week night meal.

This is a go-to favorite for my husband and I. I've made it several times and each time I make it I say "Why don't I make this more often?!" It's easy to put together and it is a really delicious and satisfying meal!

This recipe has become a favorite of mine. The sauce is addicting after the first time making this I found myself craving it. Also fast and easy, this recipe is a winner.
