Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cups grape tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons fresh oregano leaves
  • 2 tablespoons drained capers
  • 1 medium garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  1. 1. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; add oil. Add tomatoes, next 3 ingredients, and red pepper, if desired. Sauté 1 to 2 minutes or until tomato begins to soften. Stir in water and salt.
