Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups dried cherries
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons brandy

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan; stir well. Cook over medium heat 8 minutes or until thickened. Spoon sauce over cheesecake.
