Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons minced shallots
  • 2 tablespoons walnut oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

Combine all ingredients, stirring with a whisk. Store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
