Waldorf Salad

Red grapes contain an antioxidant called resveratrol that may help lower cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart disease.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped apple (about 1 medium)
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped pear (about 1 medium)
  • 1 cup seedless red grapes
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
  • 1/3 cup vanilla fat-free yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon apple juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Preparation

1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Combine yogurt, apple juice, and ginger; pour over apple mixture, tossing to coat.
