Very good slaw, keeps well, also. I usually add a little more honey & horseradish than called for, about a cup of shredded carrots, & a tbsp or 2 of lime juice. This will be a summer (probably year round) staple.

Even after reading the reviews, I was skeptical. I love coleslaw, but my husband has forever sworn off cabbage. I altered nothing out of fear and served the waldorf coleslaw with trepidation. Not only did my husband say, "I can eat this," (translation "OMG this is great!"), he polished off the rest of it the following day. It's a miracle! Once again I can make coleslaw!!

This coleslaw was the best! Generally speaking, I am a big fan of coleslaw, but this recipe takes it to a new level. It was crunchy and tasty and my guests loved it. I substituted golden raisins and used pecans instead of walnuts. Great w/BBQ ribs. This is a keeper!

This recipe was as awesome as everybody said it was. I used red cabbage (very pretty!) and added pre-packaged shredded carrots. I used a McIntosh apple instead of Granny Smith. I used yogurt only, no mayo and added a bit of lemon juice. I also omitted the horseradish sauce because I didn't have any. No matter! None of these changes compromised the dish--it was cool, crunchy and refreshing. I will make this again and again.

I used Mann's Broccoli Cole Slaw and craisins instead of the cabbage and raisins. It turned out great! I will be making this quite often because everyone loved it! I served it as a side with Rachael Ray's Sloppy Joe Goes Veggie recipe. It was a very good combination.

As good as all the other reviewers said it was! I called it "apple salad" for my young son and he ate it right up! I did change a few things. I used regular mayo and yogurt as I do not like fat-free products. I used my salad shooter to shred the cabbage and apple. I liked that they were both the same size in the salad. I also used golden raisins and some craisins instead of regular raisins. We ate this with turkey burgers and the family loved it. Will definitely be making this again.
