  • 1 3/4 cup(s) flour
  • 3 teaspoon(s) baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 2 egg yolks beaten
  • 1 1/4 cup(s) milk
  • 1/2 cup(s) oil
  • 2 egg whites


  1. Place flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Stir with a whisk to sift. Add yolks, milk and oil and mix thoroughly. Beat egg whites until still peaks form. Fold egg whites into batter. Do not overmix.
