I'm having a few golfing buddies and their wives over this weekend, so I opted to make this beforehand. I heard about Voli's light vodka, so I used that instead. Less calories and a lemon infused flavor... and since there was already 1/2 lemon in the sauce, just use 1/4 and they'll compliment each other really well. Good luck! And thanks for the recipe.

- 1/2 cup vodka
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black peppercorns
- 24 peeled and deveined jumbo raw shrimp with tails
- Bloody Mary Cocktail Sauce
- 1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large saucepan; bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Add shrimp, and cook 2 to 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Drain. Chill shrimp 1 hour. Serve with Bloody Mary Cocktail Sauce.
