This vodka-infused spin on a classic shrimp cocktail is just the thing to give your guests the chills.
Makes 6 to 8 servings
1/2 cup vodka
2 teaspoons sea salt
1/2 teaspoon black peppercorns
24 peeled and deveined jumbo raw shrimp with tails
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large saucepan; bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Add shrimp, and cook 2 to 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Drain. Chill shrimp 1 hour. Serve with Bloody Mary Cocktail Sauce.
