Vinegar Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 cups apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1/2 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Preparation
- Place all ingredients in a saucepan, and bring to a boil; reduce heat,and simmer 15 minutes. Chill until ready to use. Reheat, if desired.
