4 tablespoon(s) vinegar or juice (balsamic, red wine, or lemon)
Coarse salt to taste
1 teaspoon(s) black pepper freshly ground
3/4 cup(s) extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
In a small bowl combine first 4 ingredients, stirring to dissolve salt. Whisk in olive oil. Let sit 10 minutes. Add more pepper and/or salt to taste if needed.
