Proportion of rice noodle to beef is off, recommend you double the amount of pasta & omit the dill. Subbed sirloin for ribeye, grilled outdoors.

Holy deliciousness! My husband asked that this go directly into regular rotation. I had to make a few slight changes based on what I had in the house - thicker rice sticks, no basil and flank steak. I can't wait to try it with the basil! The noodles would be great with any protein or even by themselves as a side. The steak was really an after thought, the noodles were the star.

My husband and I LOVED this salad! Add 1 cup shredded carrots and 1 cup julienned cucumbers. Use the whole 7 oz package of rice noodles. Top with crushed peanuts. Delicious! I've already added it to our regular rotation recipe collection.

excellent light dinner.you can save a step by omitting the shallots and just topping with some lightly sauteed scallions and chopped peanuts.sriracha sauce compliments this nicely at the table.I also used a london broil instead of the ribeye, makes it a little leaner.
