Don't be put off by the long list of ingredients, this is pretty simple to throw together in the minichop. Wish we had made with half mushroom/half beef, otherwise it was very good. Served with flat rice noodles.

I have made this recipe for family and friends on several occasions and everyone loves it. In addition to the green beans and mushrooms, I usually make rice to sop up the extra mojo-its so tasty I don't want to waste it.

This recipe is amazing! I've used it as is, I've made it using tofu, and I've made it using wild alaskan salmon. EVERY time I've made it, I've gotten rave reviews. The sauce is stellar. The dark sesame oil really adds depth. The mojo takes it over the top. Definitely a keeper!
