This dish is inspired by the Asian street food scene and it has a unique and truly authentic quality to it. Chicken feet are essentially crispy and fatty just ike certain sections of a chicken wing, but with a tougher texture. This unique dish is sweet, tangy, spicy, and heavy on the char from being carmelized over a grill pan. Serve with lime wedges and let cool for a few minutes before serving.  Chicken feet can easily be found at any Asian or Latin market. Also, reserve the boiling water if desired to make a great homemade chicken stock.
