Ingredients
- 2 cup(s) Flour
- 2 tablespoon(s) Sugar
- 2 tablespoon(s) baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 2 cup(s) Milk
- 4 tablespoon(s) Vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoon(s) Vanilla
Preparation
- Mix dry ingredients in one big bowl and mix wet ingredients in a medium bowl. Slowly pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients mixing with a whisk. Don't over mix, it's ok if it is lumpy. Use a 1/4 cup measuring cup to scoop onto griddle. On my electric griddle I put it on 375 degrees. Cook on first side until you see the top bubble. Flip once, do not keep flipping. Serve with real maple syrup, or stuffed with cream cheese and fresh strawberries.
