- 1.5 pound(s) ground venison
- 4 tablespoon(s) red wine
- 3 tablespoon(s) bread crumbs
- 6 strip(s) bacon
- 3 tablespoon(s) butter melted
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- Mix meat with wine and bread crumbs. Refrigerate one to two hours. Shape into six patties. Wrap each patty with a strip of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Brush patties with melted butter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill, basting with butter.
