Venison Steak with Peanut Sauce

  • 1.5 pound(s) venison cut in 3/8" slices
  • Marinade
  • 2 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 teaspoon(s) coriander
  • 3 tablespoon(s) yellow onion diced
  • 1 tablespoon(s) brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 dash(es) Tabasco
  • 2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoon(s) dry sherry
  • Peanut Sauce
  • 1/2 cup(s) yellow onion diced
  • 1/4 cup(s) butter
  • 2 tablespoon(s) brown sugar
  • 1 cup(s) dry roasted peanuts chopped
  • 1 dash(es) Tabasco


  1. Combine Marinade ingredients in glass bowl. Place steak in marinade and refrigerate for a least one hour. Remove meat from Marinade and skewer in S shaped patterns on skewers. Grill, turning when one side is browned. Top with peanut sauce and serve immediately.
  2. PEANUT SAUCE: Saute onion in butter. Add remaining ingredients and warm throughout.
