How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut potato into fries. Place in boiling water for 5 mins. Drain and arrange on a baking sheet. Spray lightly with cooking spray. Bake in the center of the oven for 15 mins.

 

Step 2

Place chopped venison, cream cheese, scallions, and thyme in a food processor, and process until blended. Shape into 2 burgers. Place on parchment paper.

 

Step 3

Remove baking sheet with fries from oven; turn them over, and move to one side of sheet. Place parchment with burgers on the other side of it, and bake for 15 mins. Serve with tomatoes and pickles.
