  • 2 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 2 tablespoon(s) flour
  • 2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 2 cup(s) milk
  • 6 cup(s) sliced potatoes
  • 1/4 pound(s) Velveeta cheese


  1. Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in flour and salt. Add milk slowly, stirring until boils and thickens. Add potatoes, cheese; heat with occasional stirring until the sauce boils again. Then turn sauce and potatoes into greased baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
