VELVEETA® Grilled Vegetable Nachos [Ad]

  • 1 small zucchini, cut lengthwise in half
  • 1 small red onion, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 2 VELVEETA Mini Blocks (4 oz. each)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 6 cups tortilla chips (6 oz.)

How to Make It

  1. Heat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Grill vegetables 5 to 7 min. or until crisp-tender, turning after 4 min. Cool slightly.

  3. Cut VELVEETA into 1/2-inch cubes; place in microwaveable bowl. Add milk.

  4. Microwave on HIGH 1-1/2 to 2 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and sauce is well blended when stirred. Meanwhile, coarsely chop vegetables.

  5. Spread tortilla chips onto microwaveable plate; top with vegetables and VELVEETA sauce.
