VELVEETA Cheesy Chicken Skillet
More From Kraft Macaroni & Cheese
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 pkg. (12 oz.) VELVEETA Shells & Cheese Dinner
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced carrots
Cook chicken in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 5 min. or until cooked through, stirring occasionally.
Add Shells, milk and water; stir. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 10 min. Add broccoli and carrots; stir. Cook, covered, 5 min. Remove from heat.
Stir in VELVEETA Sauce.
Serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing.
Make it Easy:
To shorten the prep time, use pre-cut vegetables purchased from the produce department of your supermarket.
Substitute frozen peas for the broccoli.
