It was super easy, fast and delicious! My husband loved it too! Definitely added more chipotle and sauce. Will be making this again for sure.

This dish was delicious! I added more chiles for heat and it was super spicy, but still delectable. We couldn't even tell that the crumbles were meatless. So much flavor in this dish. It's a new family favorite for sure.

My husband, a total meat and potatoes guy, and I loved this dish! I couldn't find just plain meatless crumbles, but I did find a "sloppy joe" vegetarian mix with soy crumbles, which worked great. We had these nachos for dinner two nights in a row and were really pleased with the flavor. Yum!

Very good! I don't know that, if I ate meat, I'd be able to tell the difference. Has a nice smokey spice to it which is good but not overpowering. I only added onion & ommitted the bell pepper. Served these as soft taco filling on a whole wheat tortilla w/ homemade guac. Makes alot - at least enough for the 6 servings mentioned.

This was a great recipe - easy to assemble, a nice summer meal, and a lot of flavor. I didn't use the meatless crumbles - there was plenty of "base" for the nachos with the beans, tomatoes & veggies. We'll be having these regularly.

Really like this. The filling made enough for two of us with extras to freeze. I added a bit of vegetable stock and a couple tablespoons of tomato paste to increase the sauce. Also sauteed fresh garlic with the onions and added cumin and dried oregano, while it was cooking. Tasty!

A good vegetarian diet is likely to be * lighter and less stressful for the body to deal with; * more readily digested and absorbed, and therefore more nutritious; * lower in saturated fat; and * devoid of excess animal protein, a major cause of calcium loss, osteoporosis and other degenerative diseases.

Ok, I used ground lean beef instead of the meatless crumbles, but otherwise was true to the recipe. Very, very good. The family just snarfed it down.
