Ingredients

Cooking spray
4 frozen low-fat vegetarian hot dogs, thawed
1 (15-ounce) can 99%-fat-free vegetarian chili with beans
4 teaspoons spicy brown mustard
4 lite wheat hot dog buns, toasted
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup (2 ounces) pre-shredded reduced-fat sharp Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Place a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat. Add hot dogs, and cook until evenly browned, turning frequently. 2. Pour chili into a small saucepan; cook over medium heat until bubbly.
