•1 cup lower-sodium chipotle-flavored salsa

•2 teaspoons chili powder

•1 teaspoon ground cumin

•1/2 cup mashed avocado

Directions

1.In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the soy crumbles, beans, salsa, chili powder, and cumin. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 3 minutes, or until heated through. Top each serving with 1/4 cup of avocado.
