  • 1 1/2 pound(s) beef shank
  • 1 onion - chopped
  • 3 celery stalks - chopped
  • 3 carrots - sliced
  • 1 can(s) green beans
  • 1 can(s) white corn
  • 1 can(s) peas
  • 1 can(s) lima beans
  • 1 large can whole tomatos
  • 1 medium can tomato sauce
  • 2 goya beef bullion paks
  • 2 potatos diced


  1. cover meat with water and simmer till well done. remove and cut into bite size pieces, return to pot with celery and onion. When onion is transparent add the rest of the ingrediants , including the liquid in the cans.

  2. cook 1 hour on low heat till potatos are done
