  • 1/2 cup sliced zucchini
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot
  • 1 tablespoon Italian dressing
  • 2 tablespoons store-bought hummus
  • 1 whole-wheat tortilla

How to Make It

  1. In a small bowl, combine the zucchini, carrot, and dressing. Spoon the hummus into the tortilla. Top with the vegetable mixture and roll to form a wrap.
