I love this recipe. I have been making it since the July 2000 issue came out. It's definitely a main course meal. It's tasty and is colorful

I'm not sure if we did something wrong, but this was just kinda... gross. We threw out the leftovers. Won't make again.

I am not a fan of tuna, but really wanted to incorporate it into my diet so I searched for a tuna salad with things I normally like. For someone who doesn't like tuna this is a really good recipe, it eliminates the fishy smell and a little bit of the fishy taste, which I'm pretty sensitive to. Next time I will try it with seedless, fresh jalapenos to spice it up a little. This recipe would be a great party snack with thin crackers or even lettuce leaves. Great recipe!

My husband LOVED this recipe so much that he asked to make again two nights later! the 2nd time we didnt have any cucumbers, so we used avocados instead and it turned out very good too! It gave it a creamy texture. I also substituted the parsley for cilantro. Also, I didnt have to go food shopping(always a BIG plus!); i had everything in my fridge/pantry. Thanks for this great recipe..healthy, yet TASTY! :)

This was actually really good... not tuna-ish at all. Not very filling for hungry boys though (my husband), and kind of a lot of prep work for everyday. But a very tasty recipe!
