Ingredients

  • can(s) green beans
  • can(s) red kidney beans
  • can(s) ripe olives,small pitted
  • can(s) mushrooms, 6 0r 7 0z
  • can(s) pimentos, 4 oz
  • can(s) artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 cup(s) sliced celery
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup(s) tarragon vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) ac cent
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 teaspoon(s) sugar
  • 1 tablespoon(s) fines herbs or herbs de provence
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) tabasco
  • 1/2 cup(s) salad oil
  • 1/4 cup(s) chopped parsley

Preparation

combne veg, celery, onions, measue viniger into container, add accent, salt sugar, stir till dissolved. add herbs, and oil,beat till blended. pour over veg. sprinkle parsley over all
