  • 1 1/2 cup(s) basmathi rice
  • vegetables
  • 1 whole(s) carrot
  • 1 whole(s) beans
  • 1/2 cup(s) cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup(s) green peas
  • To grind
  • 3 whole(s) green chilies
  • 3 whole(s) red chillies
  • 1/2 strip(s) ginger
  • 4 clove(s) garlic
  • 10 piece(s) mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup(s) coriander leaves
  • For season
  • 4 wheel(s) clovers
  • 1 strip(s) cinamon
  • 1 teaspoon(s) fennel seeds
  • 2 whole(s) bay leaves
  • 1 whole(s) onion
  • 1 whole(s) tomato fine chopped
  • 1 cup(s) coconut milk

Preparation

  1. Soak rice for 15 mins
  2. Grind the "to grind" and keep aside
  3. Cut the vegetables and keep aside
  4. Add ghee to pan and add the drained rice and fry till rice do not stick to pan.
  5. Add oil to pan and add all "For season"in order
  6. Add the cut vegetables and ground masala and cook
  7. Add coconut milk and 2 cup water
  8. Cook till done ( if cooker 2 whistle)
