  • 2 package(s) Veal Pounded
  • 1 - 2 cup(s) olive oil none
  • 1 - 2 whole(s) eggs beaten
  • 1 - 2 tablespoon(s) water beaten with eggs
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup(s) bread crumbs plain
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup(s) parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 - 2 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
  • 2 - 3 teaspoon(s) paprika powder


  1. Heat oil to medium while preparing cutlets
  2. Pound cutlets till very thin and tender
  3. Prepare egg dip by beating eggs and water together
  4. Prepare breading by mixing bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and paprika
  5. Dip cutlet in egg mixture, then breading
  6. Then fry till golden brown 2 minutes per side
  7. Drain on paper towel then place on serving platter
