Vanilla Wafer Pie Crust
Yield: one 9-inch pie crust
- 1 1/3 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- Combine all ingredients; mix well. Press mixture into bottom and sides of a lightly greased 9- inch pie plate. Bake at 375° for 5 minutes. Cool.
