I made these to go with homemade peach ice cream. They tasted great together. I did not bother to ice them, just put some colored sugar sprinkles on top. Good recipe; 3 stars just because I have a better one and I'll probably continue with that recipe.

This recipe was so simple but delicious! Sugar cookies are sometimes difficult to make both a soft texture and shaped, but these fit the bill! The texture is somewhat like shortbread but still very sweet.

Perfect for cookie cutouts--just make sure you work quickly and flour your rolling surface and rolling pin VERY well. Otherwise the dough will get too soft or stick to the counter.

Great recipe! Me and my kids did this for snack and my kids asked for us to make some more! We used to have the Cheese Sticks we found on GourmetRecipe.com but it's nice to try new things. I often check it out for recipes and cooking information including this website, KraftRecipes.com, CoffeeFashion.com, Everything-Corn.com, and Gourmandia.jp for different moods and occasions. Thanks for this appetizing recipe! By the way, here's the link to the mentioned recipe: http://www.gourmetrecipe.com/recipes/cheese-sticks

I made these cookies for my daughter because she doesn't like chocolate and just wanted a plan cookie. Our family LOVED these cookies!! I had to make two extra batches because they were gone so fast. They were chosen over chocolate. The only thing I changed. I added an extra teaspoon of vanilla. I just rolled them into a log, wrapped them in wax paper and placed in freezer for about 15 minutes. Then we just cut them like cookie dough bought from the store. These were very easy! Will make again!!!
