Ingredients
- 2 cup(s) Milk
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 cup(s) sugar
- 2 tablespoon(s) cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 tablespoon(s) Vanilla
Preparation
- Put milk in microwavable bowl and microwave on high 3 minutes. Mix eggs with sugar and cornstarch----Pour small amount of hot milk into egg mixture then pour egg mixture into hot milk and microwave on high until thickened. Whisk often while cooking. Add Vanilla and serve hot or cold.
