    Worthy of a Special Occasion

    Just loved this. I hate double crust pie because I have never had one that had a crispy bottom crust.. I usually make a cobbler or make a crumb crust. This is so crispy and flaky and you get the apples to your liking.I have toasted some granola or made a nut crumble to scatter on top when I want some crunch...but it's great the way it is.
