- 1-3/4 pound ground beef
- 1 jar (1 lb. 10 oz.) Ragú® Old World Style® Pasta Sauce
- 3 large green and/or red bell peppers, coarsely chopped
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 1-3/4 cup instant rice
- 1. Brown ground beef in 12-inch nonstick skillet; drain, if desired.
- 2. Stir in remaining ingredients.
- 3. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook covered 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
- TIP: Cook once… eat twice! Double the recipe and reheat to serve over pasta, on hamburger buns or in taco shells.
