Unstuffed cabbage rolls

  • 1-11/2 pound(s) lean grd beef or turkey
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Olive oil
  • 1 lg. onion chopped
  • 1 clove(s) garlic minced
  • 1 sm small cabbage chopped
  • 2 can(s) 14.5oz diced tomatoes
  • 1 can(s) 8oz tomatoe sauce
  • 1/2 cup(s) water
  • 1 teaspoon(s) grd.black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon(s) sea salt


  1. In large skillet heat olive oil over med heat. Add beef and onion until no longer pink add garlic and cook for another minute. Add cabbage or 2 bags of coleslaw, diced tomatoes, tomatoe sauce, water black pepper and salt bring to boil. Cover and cook for 20-30 minutes until cabbage tender
