How to Make It

Step 1

Stir together first 8 ingredients in a large bowl. Spoon into an 13- x 9-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.

Step 2

Bake at 350° for 30 minutes; sprinkle onion rings evenly over top. Bake 5 to 10 more minutes or until bubbly around edges. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
