Cook lima beans in 1 cup boiling water for 10 minutes; rinse and drain.
In skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add celery and onions; cook for 4 minutes. Add lima beans, tomatoes, corn and vinegar; season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes. Toss with basil.
