    Wonderful recipe. Made them exactly as the recipe directed. Even used beef ribs (which are more difficult to smoke and get them tender) and they were tender, juicy, and fell off the bone. Used a gas grill, wrapped wood chips in foil, poked a few holes in the foil, and set them on the heated side of the grill. Cooked up perfectly!

    These took a while to make, but came out perfect! We used Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce rather than make our own, but still delicious.
