  • 1/4 cup cold brewed coffee
  • 2 pts. coffee ice cream
  • 1/2 cup brandy
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
  • Garnish: sweetened whipped cream, chocolate curls, and milk chocolate sticks

How to Make It

  1. Process cold brewed coffee, ice cream, brandy, and chocolate syrup in a blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Pour mixture into glasses, and garnish, if desired. Serve immediately.

  2. Note: For testing purposes only, we used Häagen-Dazs Coffee ice cream and Hershey's Milk Chocolate Sticks.
