- 1/4 cup cold brewed coffee
- 2 pts. coffee ice cream
- 1/2 cup brandy
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
- Garnish: sweetened whipped cream, chocolate curls, and milk chocolate sticks
How to Make It
Process cold brewed coffee, ice cream, brandy, and chocolate syrup in a blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Pour mixture into glasses, and garnish, if desired. Serve immediately.
Note: For testing purposes only, we used Häagen-Dazs Coffee ice cream and Hershey's Milk Chocolate Sticks.
