  • 1 onion
  • 4 cup(s) unpeeled chopped zucchini chopped
  • 2 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) sugar
  • 1/2 cup(s) water
  • 2 cup(s) milk
  • 2 tablespoon(s) flour


  1. Combine water, butter, zucchini, onion, salt and sugar in large saucepan. Simmer until zucchini is soft. Place in blender with flour and puree. add milk and simmer for 20 min.
  2. If choosing to freeze mixture, hold milk and freeze after pureeing mix.
