  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cup(s) buttermilk
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon(s) sugar
  • 1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
  • 1/4 cup(s) butter


  1. Beat eggs and milk in a medium size bowl.

  2. Combine flour, sugar and baking soda. Stir to combine well. Add dry ingredients into milk mixture.

  3. Melt butter in large skillet. Stir melted butter into batter.

  4. Return skilled to medium heat. Using about 1/4 cup batter per pancake cook on one side and flip when bubbles start to appear.
