  • 11/2 cup(s) barbeque sauce
  • 11/2 cup(s) whiskey
  • 1/4 cup(s) worchestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup(s) honey
  • 2 teaspoon(s) black pepper
  • 2 teaspoon(s) kosher salt
  • 4 omaha steaks top sirloin steaks thawed


  1. combine all ingredients, expect steakes, in a bowl and mix well

  2. resverd 1 cup pf marinade and set aside
  3. place steakes in a gallon of resealabe bag. pour marinade over steaks and place in refrigerator to marinate for 24 to 48 hours

  4. preheat grill

  5. place foil sheet with holes on grill grate and place steaks on foil, discarding marinade
  6. grill steaks to desired doneness while basting with resrved narinade
