  • 1 teaspoon(s) thyme
  • 1 teaspoon(s) fennel seed
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 teaspoon(s) paprika
  • 1 teaspoon(s) oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper


  1. Rub fish fillets with olive oil, moisten skillet with olive oil. Sprinkle spices on fillets. Fry on high heat 2-3 minutes per side, cover while frying. Bob uses a cast iron skillet and can just about turn off the skillet right after the fillets are flipped.
