Walnut Tarragon Chicken

Breaded chicken strips. Serve with Vidalia Onion Vinegarette salad dressing (Virginia Brand from Costco)

  • 1 pound(s) chicken tenderloins strips
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup(s) milk
  • 1/2 cup(s) walnuts chopped
  • 3/4 cup(s) flour
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Tarragon dried
  • 1/4 cup(s) butter unsalted
  • 1/2 cup(s) vegetable oil


  1. Beat egg and milk in shallow bowl
  2. Combine walnuts, flour, tarragon in shallow bowl
  3. Dip chicken strips into egg then flour mixture
  4. Melt butter and oil in pan over med/high heat on stove
  5. Fry chicken ~5 minutes until cooked thoroughly
