  • 4-6 chicken breasts cut up
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 2 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1-4oz can(s) mushrooms undrained
  • 1/2 cup(s) sour cream


  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and chop onions. Saute both in butter, salt while cooking for 5-6 minutes. Add soup and mushrooms. Let boil for 1 minute, lower heat and add sour cream. Stir and serve over rice, noodles, toast, or pastry cups.
