  • 2 cup(s) rhubarb chopped
  • 1 cup(s) water
  • 1 cup(s) sugar
  • 1 tablespoon(s) loose black tea leaves
  • 12 ounce(s) vodka
  • 4 limes juiced
  • 24 ounce(s) ginger ale


  1. Place rhubarb, water and sugar in saucepan, cook over high heat until mixture boils stirring frequently to dissolve sugar. Add tea leaves, lower heat, allow mixture to simmer 20 minutes. Remove the syrup from heat, allow to cool to room temp. Strain mixture through fine mesh sieve. Combine rhubarb syrup, vodka, lime juice. Divide mixture among 8 ice-filled glasses. Top each glass with 3-oz ginger ale. Serve immediately
