  • 4 can(s) Vegall drained
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 cup(s) celery chopped
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise
  • 2 cup(s) cheese grated
  • 2 can(s) water chesnuts drained
  • 1 stick(s) Oleo melted
  • 1 box(es) Ritz crackers crushed


  1. Mix first 6 ingredients. Mix last 2 ingredients and place on top of first 6 ingredients. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
