Turkey Sandwich With Provolone and Pickled Vegetables
Giardiniera (Italian for “gardener”) is a mix of vegetables pickled in vinegar and herbs. If you’re not fond of heat, check the jar (found in the condiments aisle) to be sure that you buy mild, rather than hot, or simply omit the hot peppers.
